Following the completion and success of the XITE Mansion, the same team of collaboraters returned to develop a new loft office building on the neighbouring plot in Amsterdam Noord. This resulted in the realisation of X2, combining 1750m² of office space with 23 on-site parking spots below the building. The large bold, protruding floor plates and the angular sides that are evident in X2 are characteristic of what defines the aesthetic of our new builds.
