For this project Allard Architecture was asked to design a production space for prototyping, research and development connected to the ESIC in Noordwijk, South Holland. To allow for greater flexibility in programming, the building is based on a modular design of repurposed shipping containers. This aesthetic lends to the experimental and industrial nature of the building, which in turn creates an innovative environment.
