Broekmeerdijk 16 is a project in which a former industrial site is converted into a captivating residential complex. In collaboration with the company Mees and Ruimte, we were able to change the Zoning plan from industrial to living.

The buildings are designed with a combination of wood, brick, and tiles to pay homage to the historical essence of the surroundings. The incorporation of private outdoor spaces for each residence not only harmonizes modern living with nature but also ensures a sense of individuality.

The buildings are thoughtfully positioned to provide views of the surrounding nature, extending over the dike. This design enhances the connection to the picturesque countryside in this low-density outer city context.
